Terrible service on mail!

Over a week now after my bank posted me a new debit card and still no sign of it.If I get 2 mail deliveries a week that is a good week. Royal Mail are useless and not fit for purpose!

Book from Amazon left on doorstep in…

Book from Amazon left on doorstep in rain. The doorstep is about 6 inches away from the letterbox! The packaging was flimsy cardboard not the usual robust cardboard. Brand new book waterlogged and ruined. Why is it so difficult to post through the letterbox? I don’t get it. Laziness? Foreign delivery drivers? Illegal aliens? There is something not right about this poor service. RM DO BETTER

I paid for tracked delivery to Ireland…

I paid for tracked delivery to Ireland from UK last Monday and it was just a letter with important documents and was told 3-4 days delivery the letter still hasnt arrived and the only tracking available was from the post office to first depot on the Monday then nothing. I have no idea where these important documents are and still not arrived at the destination. Why pay for track if its not tracked its only Ireland not the other side of the world you cant speak to anyone absolute disgrace of a service.

That feeling when you are told your parcel is being shipped via Royal Mail. Our postman won’t even ring the bell, I work from upstairs and recently found a card saying failed delivery, I was in all day. Checked the CCTV and he knocked so quietly on the door, pointless.

Parcelfarce!

I ordered some second hand clubs from lincs-golf. They rather stupidly paid extra for Parcelforce to deliver them within 24 hours. They failed miserably and I wasted two days staying in awaiting their delivery after being told by eBay that they were out for delivery on those days. Unlike with other courier companies, you get no actual delivery information whatsoever directly from them and so have to believe what you're being told by eBay! When they did actually deliver them three days later they never rang my intercom for me to take delivery but just simply dumped them in our communal foyer. If I hadn't looked at my phone and seen eBays confirmation of delivery, I'd have never known they had arrived and they could easily have been stolen! Because of their appalling service and equally a total lack of any empathy from lincs-golf, I chose to return them immediately after making a complaint via eBay. When I then took them down to my local Post Office and told the guy who works there what had happened he told me he wasn't surprised and they call them Parcelfarce!!!!! That their staff couldn't care less about delivering their parcels, seldom knock on the door/ring the door bell and often leave the parcels in vulnerable places! As many other reviewers have said on here, they are clearly the worst delivery company of them all and by some margin. Avoid at all costs!

Royal Mail Manchester Central DO Horror show

Royal Mail Manchester Central DO are not only inept but they lie about attempted deliveries - it has happened 4 or 5 times in the past 3 months and they acknowledge that you want the parcel sent to your local Post Office but still say they will deliver to your home - truly awful

I’m extremely disappointed with Royal Mail. My credit card was supposed to be delivered, and this was the third delivery attempt — the previous two deliveries were also tampered with. Once again, the envelope arrived opened, while all my other letters were in perfect condition. It’s very concerning that only the credit card deliveries were interfered with. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for such an important and sensitive item. Really disappointed with the handling of my mail in Bradford.

Lies and a shocking customer service

Would give zero stars if I could. Shocking service, blatant lying about attempted delivery (we have security cameras and nobody entered delivery was attempted).
