There was one single letter incorrect in the postcode on my delivery, which both the supplier and I corrected and communicated to Parcel Force multiple times over the past two weeks. Despite this, they’ve continued to send the parcel back to the depot instead of delivering it.I’ve spent over an hour on the phone trying to get through to someone and when I finally did, they confirmed the address had been updated. Yet the parcel was still returned again due to the same issue.Their online system is awful, their phone service is slow and unhelpful, and there seems to be no accountability or communication between departments.Whether you’re a domestic customer or a business, avoid Parcel Force at all costs. Easily the worst delivery company I’ve had to deal with, completely unreliable and a huge waste of time.
Waiting several months for an item to be released then posted.Of course Royal Mail "tracking" is NFFP.Attempted several ways to connect and enter code, via RM post and PF LostParcels.Enter code and click on the RED Button, it twitls for a sexond and then back to as it was.Strange - eerie ---Must have known I was raising this and after about 12th attempt it responded.Lucky not trying on mobileWill track again tomorrow
I urgently need a delivery and paid extra money for it to be delivered the next day. Royal Mail never bothered to leave a note to tell me they tried to deliver the package and I requested it to be delivered the next day. I just got a message to say they attempted to deliver but I made sure to be home, liars and awful service
Your stomach sinks when you see your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail . Yes they give you a day and an estimated time slot but essentially you know you’ll be in all day waiting. In an age where all other companies give you a 2 hour window or have live tracking - the fact Royal Mail can’t is a joke . Additionally when you try to rearrange they often still try on the day originally designated, you rearrange for let’s say 3 days ahead - and they try again the next day . Each time pushing you closer to when they just give in and take it back to the depot to be lost forever
1 STAR is TOO MUCH.PLEASE BE WARNED and use a different company, who's trusted and reliable.I sent the smallest type of standard envelope to Belfast from East Kent, on 30th October. It contained a small note and a tiny leather sample, for a colour match, so it weighed next to nothing. I used their 2nd class 48 hour tracked service, costing £2.95.It didn't take 2 days to be received, IT TOOK SEVEN DAYS, .... 7 DAYS !!!It finally arrived on the 6th of November, a whole week later !It's a DISGRACEFUL SERVICE and I should be reimbursed but of course there's no way of getting any type of refund.AVOID, as I will from now on.
I've been a loyal Royal Mail &(parcel force worldwide) customer for over 35 years, and I’ve always appreciated the reliability and reach of their service. However, in recent years, I’ve encountered some troubling issues that I feel compelled to share—not out of complaint, but in the hope of constructive improvement. There have been instances where expected mail hasn’t arrived, and while I understand occasional delays, the pattern has raised concerns. More recently, I experienced a distressing interaction with a new postie who delivered a heavy parcel in a way that disregarded my mobility and health challenges. Despite my clear need for space and time to prepare, the delivery felt rushed and invasive, leaving me physically hurt and emotionally unsettled.I value the dedication of postal workers and the legacy of Royal Mail, but I hope there’s room for more sensitivity training and awareness around accessibility and personal boundaries. For those of us navigating health conditions, small adjustments in delivery approach can make a world of difference.Thank you for taking this feedback in the spirit it’s offered—with respect, care, and a desire for better service for all. This review was co-created with AI to support accessibility and emotional clarity. I have been using Royal mail for all my life and 6 years as a professional for my business.Today I have a feeling that this collaboration is coming to an end very soon, I have lost over £2000 in last 2 years, so many delays, awful customer service, lost packages, wrong address delivered etc.I have doubt if a business can survive the competition with such low quality service. It was a bad ending, and I hope the board soon do something to get Royal Mail back to life.Goodbye Royal Mail
Parcelforce totally ignore rescheduled deliveries, even those scheduled by their own customer service. They tried to deliver on days I said I wouldn't be home and don't deliver on scheduled days. When you complain, they just tell you to reschedule again. However, the reschedule and tracking links no longer work for my delivery and just show an error. I told the company I ordered from not to use Parcelforce anymore.
I'm not one for leaving reviews, but Parcelforce has rather spectacularly earned this one.My package from Germany had the misfortune of travelling via Parcelforce. The first time round, no letter arrived regarding import duty, so naturally it toddled back to Germany. Fair enough, I thought, and paid for redelivery.Second attempt: still no letter. Brilliant. With absolutely nothing on their website explaining the process, I rang them up. After a delightful 2.5 hours on hold, I cleverly called the business department instead—who kindly informed me I should try package tracking. Another two hours later, I finally reached an actual human and triumphantly paid the duty. Success!Or so I thought.A week later, the package had buggered off back to Germany again. The support ticket I'd submitted three weeks prior finally graced me with a response: apparently "the delivery depot didn't receive my payment information in time." How very efficient. They've now requested my payment details to return it, which—surprise—hasn't happened either. So here we are, third time lucky. One can only hope the charm applies to Parcelforce as well, though I'm not holding my breath.
