I've had three separate deliveries from the service this week, each one scheduled between 9 and 11 am. Instead, they all arrived late in the evening, wasting entire days waiting for incorrect delivery times. I'm still waiting on one now at 1:40 pm that was also supposed to arrive between 9 and 11. I tried reaching out to the support team but was cut off after half an hour of waiting. One delay is unfortunate, but this ongoing issue is just a nightmare and feels very unprofessional.
My item was sent from a local drop-off point on 20-10-2025, and I was informed that more updates would follow as it moves through the network.

It has been over 3 months, and I have another delivery that claimed tracking would be available when they would come to deliver. It's been almost a month since then. When will there be an attempt? There’s been no contact or email to reach out for assistance. Extremely poor service. In my experience, there has been no service at all.
How frustrating can this service be? I specifically requested a call when they arrived outside, as I wouldn't be able to receive the parcel otherwise. And guess what? They didn't call. As a result, the parcel was undelivered, returned to the seller, and refunded 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻. Totally ineffective.
I've never encountered such a poor delivery service in my life. It's baffling why some companies choose this service for their deliveries. They claim to have attempted delivery, but in reality, no one showed up at the promised time. It feels like they simply didn't want to deliver the package. If you have the option, avoid using this service; it's truly a disappointment.
I received a notification stating my package would be delivered, so I adjusted my plans and waited. I even made sure my doorbell and cameras were operational. However, I later got a message saying they attempted delivery but no one answered, which I know is untrue. There’s no way to dispute their claims. They fail to show up and provide excuses, lacking any accountability for their poor service. This isn’t my first negative experience with the service; it’s been absolutely disappointing. Additionally, I was notified by my bank that my card would arrive in three days, with the PIN to follow five days later. Instead, both items were delivered two weeks late, as they chose to hold onto them for their convenience, rather than delivering them promptly.
The service has been utterly disappointing; this marks my third attempt to send a letter. The first was via standard mail, the second through recorded delivery, and the third using registered post, yet none have reached their destination. I've experienced better postal services in much less developed regions. What a chaotic situation this service has become; it clearly fails to meet its intended purpose. Perhaps I should consider sending my next letter using a more creative method.
The item I ordered was supposed to arrive within 48 hours, but it was somehow "accidentally transferred to Inverness," which is about 2 hours away from my location. I spent 45 minutes on the phone, only to be told they are "sorry," but I should monitor the tracking myself. I can report it missing on the 17th and then request a refund from the seller. The 48-hour tracking is just an "estimate," and despite them not being able to see it in their "system" three days after the last update, they won't declare it missing for another five days. It's a Christmas gift, and calling their support unhelpful would be an understatement. It would be better to return it to public ownership and have representatives cover the costs from their own salaries, especially with their frequent pay increases for minimal effort.
I stayed home all day yesterday, expecting my parcel to arrive by 5pm. Unfortunately, it never showed up, and I received the standard email stating they couldn't deliver because no one was home. How can they justify this inconsistency? I've attempted to address this issue previously, but nothing changes! Even a simple acknowledgment of being delayed would be more helpful.
This experience deserves a negative rating. The costs are outrageous. Sending a card to my family in the USA now starts at £3.50, and a small parcel of socks costs £20, even though they only cost £14. I can no longer afford to send cards or gifts, which is truly heartbreaking for me and likely for many families in the UK. The local post offices near me are either unwilling or unable to offer a more affordable option. The pricing is excessively high, and it feels disheartening to see a company I've trusted for so long prioritize profit over customer care. It's disappointing and frustrating to witness such a shift.
It’s becoming increasingly worse; I won’t purchase anything if it’s being delivered by this service. We have contacted our local representative as we haven’t received any mail for over two weeks. My last two parcels, one tracked for 48 hours, took nine days, and the latest one seems to be lost. Drivers are only handling 24-hour parcels, leaving 48-hour deliveries untouched for weeks. I worked there briefly this year and the state of the company has deteriorated significantly since its buyout. The pay for delivery personnel is unjust for such a demanding job.
