Very bad experience. Dropped off Tracked 48 parcel XF153058504GB at Royal Mail Parcel Locker on Friday, 12 September 2025 at 08.22am. Parcel never arrived at the delivery address with no tracking updates, and Royal Mail / Parcelforce have obviously lost my parcel. Claim submitted on 16 September, Reference Number: 07186370.10 weeks later, I've finally received an email response from them, "We are unable to accept your claim for compensation as this item was sent by a Parcelforce Worldwide contract holder."Therefore, I'm now left out of pocket with £25 down the drain, thanks to Royal Mail / Parcelforce losing my parcel and their customer service is a disgrace!
Shameless terrible service. Here they are sitting at a one star average. Unable to get hold of a human. Item is stuck somewhere, stating customs duty needs to be paid. Although the previous line on tracking states custom duty paid. Crap IT .. well we all know what happened with Horizon! I would never use them but still frustrating when receiving goods. They just need to fold or be taken over by a company that actually can run a parcel delivery service
I think the post office are great at advertising 24 hour delivery to get people to pay that little bit more but in the terms it say it could take up to 10 working days. Don't waste your money go with a different company. My package 24 hour delivery now on day three. You also can't claim compensation the sender has to do it. So we pay for the item to be delivered then can't ask for refund. Also your tracking doesn't work. Whats the point of tracking if you can only see it after it's been delivered. Someone clearly missed the point of what tracking is actually meant to be.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would, but I can’t. I can’t tell you how many times I have complained to this company and nothing has been done. Absolute waste of time, I am a business that is needing my parcel to be delivered and I’m being given false tracking information and I can’t get in touch with an actual human!!
I got an email confirming I had paid the customs charge, and that the parcel would be delivered on the agreed date. Then I got a card saying on the delivery day saying there was a fee to pay before delivery. I emailed with no reply and phoned and it was constantly engaged
