What an absolute cowboy company john…

What an absolute cowboy company john wayne would be proud of them supposed to deliver a parcel to us for xmas for kids but either the driver cannot read or is just plain stupidthey delivered our parcel to the car wash on A505 just before railway gates after speaking to someone who cannot speak englishwas very hard job but eventually got round to him understanding he then proceeded to find it had been sent tothe car wash and said he will get it back and delivered to us this was on the 17th /11/25 still waiting !!!!should not be called royal mail instead call them idiots mail we could not sfford to buy the presents again due to financial problems (pensioners) still nothing from crappy royal mail they just ignore you it takes over an hour to get through to them WHAT A RUBBISH CRAPPY COMPANYSHOULD HAVE ROYAL TAKEN OFF THEM AND JUST BE CALLED CRAPPY MAIL COMPANY NO APOLOGIES FOR WRONGFUL DELIVERY JUST SAID HARD LUCK AND PHONE PUT DOWN BET IF IT WAS THEIR HOUSE IT WOULD BE DIFFERENT

Royal mail needs to go !

Been waiting for a parcel to be delivered for a week now ! On the app it says it was going to be delivered days ago ! And its not been updated to let me know whats happening ! Apsolutely shocking service thank god we have evri, dpd, ect ect

Thieves????

I ordered a hair product from Toni and Guy a month ago. After it showing as unable to deliver, refused, wrong address etc it obviously went back and was sent out again.Eventually it was shown as successfully delivered with appropriate picture. It appeared to be delivered to some sorting office. Anyway it was in Leamington Spa. I live in St Albans. Now i am supposed to stand the cost whilst some crooked company gets my product. If I went into a shop and stole their goods, I would be charged with theft. This is so outrageous that I cannot believe their name. ROYAL. MAIL YOU ARE SHAMEFUL

Delivered wrong adress

For 2 days in a row, Royal Mail delivered packages to the wrong address. Unfortunately, Royal Mail is not that good as it turns out and I don't have any problems with the address, but Royal Mail couriers are not trained enough to find the right address! Everything is fine with my address and normal couriers can find it, but Royal Mail can't.

I’d give it a zero if I could. First class post cost keeps going up but the service gets worse. A birthday card, posted in Corby on Sunday (obviously picked up by Royal Mail on Monday) with the correct postage, arrived in Mablethorpe on the following Friday at 2.10pm. Five days for a supposed first class service. Appalling.

If Royal Mail is this bad November what chance with the Christmas deadlines ?

If Royal Mail is this bad what chance does Christmas post have ? I ordered an ebayUK item 26th October small package 2nd class untracked.No sign of a delivery by 5th November, the seller accepted the issue and said a replacement was sent 6th November it is now 14th November and still no delivery of this order or any other expected post.The Royal Mail information states delays are due to low staff levels plus other lame postcode excuses.

SO BLOODY AWFUL!!!!!!

SO BLOODY AWFUL!!!!!!Trying to make a claim against items not delivered abroad, despite paying for tracking and signing for receipt. Royal Mail refuses to accept claim, saying it's within the 25 day period (when items may still be delivered despite it being 29 days. If i could give a minus, I would!
