Flew back to the UK from Egypt about 03.00 in the morning, I called when the plane landed as instructed…When I got to the meeting point there were 2 couples in front on us, both were very irrate.I soon found out why, it took a further hour for my car to arrive, not what is needed after a 5hr flight!When I did get home, I noticed that they had been in the wheel well and had opened my emergency pack, to be honest I am not sure if anything was taken, but there was no need for anyone to be looking there.Pay the extra and get official airport parking,, Paid cheap and got rubbish service
Meet and greet at Manchester airport. Dropped of ok no issues on drop off. This terrible experience happened to me and my wife on return from holiday. On my return called to have my car bought to me at 00.25. Was told i was late for a booked 00.45 pick up time. I was told it was going to be an half an hour wait. Called back at 01.00 was told it was going to be another 10 mins. Called back at 01.15 was asked what my registration was. They had sent the wrong car to me. It was a different Mazda. Company said jump in the wrong car and come back to the holding compound where my car will be waiting for me. Got to the compound to be told my car was going to be another 3-4 mins. Then got a call asking if i was at terminal 2. Tried to get out of the car and was locked in by the driver. Got the window down to try the handle on the outside (child lock could have been on) but was still locked. Was let out the car by the driver and then got verbally abused by the owner. Was swore at and threatened. This incident has been reported to the police.
Both drop off and collection were terrible. We waited over 1/2 hour for them to collect our car, then almost an hour to drop it off. Customer service was awful with someone putting the phone down on me when I questioned how long they would be... stay clear of this company!
Several calls, calls dropped, staff rude, not on time, left my keys on the windscreen for 2 hours with the token on the dashWhen I called the mobile to ask why my car was left unattended in meet and greet was told there didn’t care also when I went to get out of the barrier I was charged £21.50 on top of what I had paid. My car could have been stolen as the token was on show Very unprofessional never use again and I am now trying to get the owner RAJ or someone to call me back and to be given my monies backI feel these are a bunch of robbers Do yourself a favour and pay a little more, even if these come up on compare airport parking use another company
The drop off is not convenient and I was doubtful when I was not given any documentation for my car. I picked up at 3am after a 40min wait so it was dark. It was not until the next day when I opened the back doors I found the mats covered with large muddy footprints … it was clean when I left it. So it seems my car was used for passengers when it should have been parked up. I have challenged this and received this response “Sorry for the confusion, but many a times due to heavy occupancy vehicles are moved and brought back again.” how is that acceptable!!! Do not use them
