Waited 1 Hour 20 minutes for our car to be delivered

We gave an ETA 40 minutes before we were due to arrive at Bristol Airport as requested which was accurate but waited 20 minutes for our car to be picked up. Upon our return we were told we would have to wait 50 minutes for our car - it eventually arrived 1 hour & 20 minutes later. We were not the only ones in this situation and quite a few had small children which is not good at 1.30 in the morning. Would never use them again.

Waited far to long…..

On return journey we phoned the car park as instructed and were told to head to bus stop to wait for the transfer. We waited over 20 minutes then on finally returning to the car park we went inside and were told the car wasn’t ready for us. We checked the time from phoning from airport and it had been 45 minutes which was plenty of time to have the car ready for us.Staff were unsympathetic and seemed in no rush to get the car for us.

Honestly avoid!

Honestly avoid!! Very poor communication. Hidden fees, which we got over charged for! Paid £14 on the way to bristol under the assumption that was for the charge at bristol airport. Yet when I eventually had my car back had to pay £7. So an extra £21!! The whole point of booking with these was it was “saving us money”. What a joke! Called at least 20 times on the way there, called 30mins before as they said. just awful. had to wait ages when we dropped our car off for someone to pick us up to take us to the airport and was quite rude when i asked how long it would be. coming back, i called them about 10times before i got hold of them as soon as we got to the baggage in airport. got told to meet at short stay by one woman and then meet at drop off by a man. waited over an hour for my car back!!avoid the company.

Bristol Airport The drive to the airport was good. I had a nice driver who drove me from the car park to the terminal in their vehicle. The drive from the airport was appalling. I notified the company at 2:30 that my flight arrives at 6pm, which I told them on the booking and when I arrived to the car park. I then text them when I landed at 6pm that I had arrived and received no reply. I called the company and he said it’ll be 30-45 minute wait, that’s fine I understand being but. But the driver was an hour and 15 minutes late, and his response was “there’s always an hour wait time”The driver turned up in my own car, parked in the disabled bay which could result with me receiving a fine. I was specifically told I would be picked up in one of their vehicles and taken to my car, not that they would drive my car to the airport. When I looked into my car the driver had a can of monster between his legs and another drink in the cup holder. If you are driving my car you should have both hands on the wheel and not drinking and driving at the same time. I open the door and there’s a pasta pot lid on the floor clearly showing this driver was eating in my car too. I can understand having a bottle of water or so in my car but an open can and cup which can easily spill is not on.I already paid the £14 additional ‘transfer fee’ for the drop and go car park. Yet as the driver drove my car back to me I had to pay an additional fee to leave the car park. There was no respect for my vehicle. I’m not impressed at all. Communication was poor, they were an hour and 15 minutes late, I paid an additional fee and the driver had food and drink in my car. I won’t be using this company again.

Parking4You are a booking agent only. They appear to use a number of unreliable and disreputable operators to park cars, so they clearly have a quality control issue. Unfortunately we got booked with one such operator at Stansted. Car was returned with damage to front passenger door in 3 areas. That was after waiting an hour outside in a short stay car park. And that followed waiting an hour and 15 mins for the car to be collected prior to departure, causing a lot of stress. Both departure and arrival involved dozens of calls and texts and next to no reply. Absolutely shameful service.

This was a terrible experience

This was a terrible experience. I did park and greet for the Bristol airport. It began by them waiting for late arrivals who had a flight significantly later than my own and a couple who was also anxious about the delay this waiting caused. It took half an hour for us to leave despite us arriving from Birmingham in good timing. This meant we were late for our flight, I had my 8 year old daughter with me who had been up since 3am and was able to eat at the airport because of this delay. Our flight was last boarding call! On returning, I contacted them from the place they told us to wait on drop off with my child, cold at 1am. It went to woman who continously said they would be with me in 5 mins, almost 2 hours later and her ignoring my calls - I had to email and tell them I would report my car stolen if it didn't arrive in the next 30 minutes! Not only did they not pick us up, they drove my car, parked it in the short car park and refused to pay for the ticket! There was no apology. They could see I had my exhausted child with me, had to drive another 2 hours to get to Birmingham, showing no compassion or remorse. They have refused to refund me and so I have escalated this externally for a resolution.

Took over an hour to return the car…

Took over an hour to return the car despite following instructions and calling as soon as you land and not baggage claim and multiple calls to them to ask where the car was (given the standard 10 mins, then end of 10 mins no car etc). Team at the airport were polite but personally wouldn’t use them again now. Willing to pay for the convenience of meet and greet but you won’t get it from this company. Note this was 3.30am so traffic wasn’t an issue, I’d hate to think how long we would have waited during the day?

Avoid at all costs - USELESS

I'd urge anyone thinking about using this service to reconsider - unless you enjoy having to rush for your flight, and then waiting around for your car for 2 hours and being lied to every time you call.We followed the in instructions as set out, yet they were still half an hour late collecting the car, and 2 HOURS we had to waif for it to be returned, despite calling them the second we landed. Every time we called they just said its on the want and will be 10 mins. Infuriating experience.And by the way if you do use them be sure to add £20 to the price as you still have to pay the car park exit fee both ways - the don't tell you this at bookingI don't how these lot are in business, they are a bunch of chancers and the service is an absolute clown show.
