A two-star rating feels generous—an exact indictment of their service: half-arsed.Drop-off was smooth enough, but the return was an ordeal. We ended up waiting 50 minutes for our car. When we dropped it off, we were told that arriving earlier than booked didn’t matter—“just call and it’ll be 30 minutes.” So we called. With two exhausted little ones in tow, we were reassured it would be 30 minutes. But time passed, and nothing. The app showed our car hadn’t even moved.When we called again, the man on the phone was not only rude and defensive but outright lied, insisting the car was “on its way” when it was clearly still sitting in their lot. By the time the car finally arrived, the final insult: mud all over the wheels and lower panels. We’d had the car washed just the day before handing it over.We use meet-and-greet services regularly, and the lesson here is clear: stick with reputable providers who actually have something to lose. This company does not.
Avoid avoid avoid! The most HORRIBLE experience ever! We have used few parkings in the past and never had any issues, but this company is RIDICULOUS! We booked Heathrow airport parking with 'parking4 you' for holiday and so disappointed! Never again. They asked us to give them a call 30mins prior to collection, this what we did. Unfortunately we had heard so many excuses for delays and we was waiting for 6 hours to be picked up from the airport!! 6 hours of Waiting, 6 hours of lying to us! Every single time we called them all we heard was 'give us 45min - driver is coming to pick you up.' they came after 6hours only. We were with kids, after long flights and even longer waiting time to collect our cars. DONT USE THIS RUBBISH COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT! no explanations, no apologies, nothing. Only waiting for stupid 6 hours to get our car back. Never again!
Drop off was ok, however on return we arrived earlier than the booked time and when I called the reception the person was so rude, said the wait will be 4 hours I tried to explain the situation but he didn't care. we said it is ok we will wait 4 hours they did accommodate we didn't have to wait 4 hours. When we went to pick our car I tried to apologies again he didn't even acknowledged I was there almost threw the key at me! I will never use this service ever and I do not recommend.
