Stanstead airport Worst service ever waiting over 90 minutes for my car and the customer services was appalling Returned from a 3:30 am flight just to wait in the cold for my car Do not use this service I also paid 85£ and £20 for the waiting time !!
Absolutely shocking left waiting for over and hr and half to collect my vehicle, lied to about how long and that there was traffic, absolutely shocking, badly managed and to top it off one of the drivers stole my glasses from the vehicles, which were prescription so no use to anyone other than me anyway. Shocking, unprofessional and will NEVER use again
I have used many meet and great at Bristol Airport but parking4you even ring you when you are about 30 min away to make sure everything is running to time, on return as soon as I collected my bags I had a text to say they were waiting for me this company needs 5 stars and all drivers are very friendly
We booked this “meet and greet” service expecting a smooth, hassle-free experience, but it was anything but. The instructions told us to call 30 minutes before arrival, which we did, only to be left waiting 45 minutes at the terminal for someone to collect our car. Because of their delay, we ended up having to pay £18 just to wait in the drop-off area — a cost that should never have been on us.That alone was bad enough, but the return experience was somehow even worse. We followed the instructions and called them as soon as we collected our luggage, only to be left standing outside for over an hour in the cold — with a 1-year-old — waiting for them to bring our car back. Every time we called to ask how long they’d be, we were fobbed off with “we’ll be with you shortly” and zero accountability.To make matters worse, when we finally did get our car, we had to pay again just to exit the car park due to the time we’d been left waiting.For the price we paid, this was an utter shambles. There was nothing “meet and greet” about it — just poor organisation, long waits, extra charges, and no communication. We absolutely would not recommend this service to anyone. Save yourself the stress and use a different company.
