No star. If anything goes wrong they claim just to be just booking agents and say that their terms and conditions mean they are not responsible. I got a parking ticket while they or the firm they used had my car. . I was told it was a mistake and it would be would cancelled. It wasn’t. I was chased by debt collectors. It cost me £150. They have refused to compensate me. So have the firm SimplyGatwickParking to whom they entrusted with my car.

Everything went to plan!We booked our parking easily enough. The instructions received were clear. We called the company 30 minutes before we were due to arrive at Bristol airport and (despite it being 4am!!) they picked up and arranged to meet us outside the airport. The handover was swift and fuss free and the driver friendly. We did the same thing on the way back and had another positive experience. We would definitely recommend and we will certainly be using them again. Thank you!

We booked Peak Park & Ride through this company and they confirmed (in writing) that we could drop the car off at 02.45am. When we arrived at approx 02.30am the place was in darkness. A sign outside said the site was manned from 04.00am until midnight. I rang the mobile number provided but it was futile, as I could see my ringing number displayed on a mobile telephone on a desk through a window at the rear of the premises. We had to hurriedly arrange alternative parking and pay almost £100.00 in order to check in for our flight. I have written asking for as refund with no response!
