They assigned me a personal assistant…

They assigned me a personal assistant that would help through the process. Ziva checks up on me at least twice a week and lets me know where we are on the process. It’s been about six months and to be honest nothing has come to fruition yet. But I have faith that these guys will continue to work hard for me.

After I finally realized that I was truly being scammed and stopped allowing the scammers to talk back into the fold, I felt so overwhelm with emotions. Feelings of anger, sadness and hopeless. I search for any help that could be provided. On most searches I would see Payback frequently mentioned. I decided that I would at least try to see what could be done at this point since I had already lost so much. I got my first phone call from Payback the next morning. I was immediately reassured that Payback would work with me to develop my case and guide me during the process. Happy with my choice so far

With a number of options out there now for scam recovery services it's difficult to make a decision, especially with recovery scammers posing as recovery agents also... it's a scary world. After much deliberation, I chose Payback to help me navigate this process after the humbling realization that I too was a victim of crypto scammers. It's been 7 months now, we just had a partial recovery with more on the way. The team at Payback is very thorough and extremely detailed, they will explain everything in lamens terms and ease your mind on the process. Do be patient it takes time, lots of it. I feel like we are on the downhill slope now and a full recovery is on the way. My account service professional person, Zev, is very communicative, to the point, and very professional, it's hard these days to find people who put effort into their job and take pride in their efforts. I will update this review as we progress further along this path. Did I mention... Be patient!

Just not as useful as they say they…

Just not as useful as they say they will be it's been 5 years now and no result yet the team do say they try but I don't see any promisesing result. So I'll say to the individual just skip the and keep your money with you rather they spending anything else.

A total lie with Payback and their Legal Department

A total lie with PayBack and their Legal Department.First we got a message that Payback found Crypto under our name. That there was ETH on Atomic and that we have to pay 15% for the AMT before we could do the transaction to Binance. Later when the ETH was on Binance we got the message of Atomic that this Atomic E Mail was fake. After that this whole story is not finish yet. When the ETH arrived at the Binance account somebody put us on hold. To resolve this, we had to pay 25% of the amount of the ETH who was at Binance in Crypto ETH. So again we transfer the 25% in ETH in our Binance account.Now comes a new story. We signed an agreement with Payback and there it was written, that we had to pay 5% after the crypto was converted on our Spanish Bank BBVA account.A new company, the Legal Department of PayBack came around the corner. Mr. William Schwartz and a Damian Russo; Meta Trader, Tower 42, Old Broad Street London are asking again for 14% of the amount, which is now invested in ETH at Binance and our withdraw is not possible, because we are on hold again till this money of the 14 % has been send to the Legal Department. They told us that the transfer cannot be done, when we don't pay that amount. We started now to take contact with the crime police and a lay enforcement against this company. Because we signed an agreement with Payback and not that company Meta Trader Legal Department of PayBack at all.There was a perfect person Robert Green, who tried to help us at PayBack with the support and transfer of the crypto. It looks now that he lost his job, because he was not allowed to have contact with us anymore. The Legal Department is the only who is now the responsibility over us and this is just not right. Because we never signed a contract with them at all and our ETH is blocked at Binance. We got the confirmation of Binance that this hold E mail of Binance is fake too.Never ending story !!!

Payback is the best of the best

Payback is a recommendable, legitimate and trustworthy company, made up of committed and amazing people who do a great job to help reunite you with your lost money.Their methods are effective and their words match their actions.What stands out about Payback is their customer's service.Its like one of a kind. They wrap you with care, understanding and support which is very essential since we feel insecure about everything and have trust issues after what we went thru.They give you their attention and time and by that you know you are not alone in this.The assigned case managers ( mine is David H, sometimes I'm joined by Ella R) are a pure delight to work with.They know what they are doing.They are professionals and they have help me get back on feet.I don't know where i would have been by now if it's not Payback that became a part of my recovery journey.Its what I truly feel as their customer. Iam a real person and the romance scam victim, I lost $12k and reaching out to Payback was the best decision I have made.
