Review Time
I have been a victim of Crypto currency scam dated back to 2020. I hired PayBack Ltd to recover my funds. They charged me $1400.00 to take care of it. I had done everything they asked me to do for them in order to facilitate the process. And 4 years later I am still waiting for them to do what they said the will do. This is my second time I write an negative review on them. They begged me last time to removed it. I, a man with good principles and of good consciousness, removed the review based on the fact that they said they are working effortless to resolve my case. However, they assigned my case to another case manager. There has been three to four case manager that have supposedly worked on my case. Every time they assign a new manager I am required to send them all kind of information related to my case. It is like a scratch or broken record. So, what happened with all the information, emails, pictures or screen shots i sent them. What happened with all that information, was it trashed, shredded, or burnt, or worst, sold to a third party and now I am more screwd than before. More scammers are using my information, probably end up in the Black web. I am so disappointed and disgusting with PayBack Ltd.
I am really thankful that the money back and Ms.ziva is helping me in every step of the way on recovering the money that been scanned from me... It's really a great help and they continue to update me every week regarding what they will do and what should I do to get the money from the scammer,,, I wish that they can help u also if u got scammed also... again thanks for helping me...God bless.
After I had been scammed, I was very guarded and trusted no one. Ziva Bilson introduced herself and outlined what the plan was in clawing back my money. She has emailed me on numerous occasions keeping me updated on current status and what our next steps were. It has been a frustrating process, but Ziva has been there for me when I needed support, whether it be explaining the process, sharing the patience that I needed, or walking me thru and clarifying what I needed when I needed something. Even the emails always have a "I hope you are doing well". The little things matter a lot to let me know that I am not alone and that she is with me in this fight. I hope this all will end with a good ending, at least I know she will have used all the tools at her disposal. She represents the company well and should be commended.Billy.
I believe Mr. Reznik has been doing an amazing job with my case from when it started up till now, I have been notified about any updates about my case and have been in great care with him. I really appreciate the talks we have not only about the case to ease my nerves and the advice he gives on not to stress about the money and just focus on life.
