I became a client of payback in March of this year after being involved in a bitcoin scam for substantial amount of money within the first few days I was assigned to a case manager Ziva Bilson Since March we have conversed both on the phone and email dozens of times I must say that she full well knows what shes doing not to mention an incredible personality We have made great strides and I am fully confident of a positive outcome at the end of this journeyThey are many companies out there that claim they are the real deal but in the end promises broken as far as payback goes I give them a five-star for sure
I was a victim of online scam involving thousands of dollars. I felt safe and relieved when I reached out with payback. They are great. They listened to you in a non judgmental way and took all notes and great details of my experience. They are also concern about how I am doing mentally and emotionally during those trying times. Yana is great!! Highly recommended!!!
Absolute scammers. You are the biggest sucker on this planet if you don't read the contract they send you. They promise A LOT of things on the phone that are specifically and explicitly excluded on the contract. My attorney said that this contract was written by monkeys. Don't waste your time with a fraudulent company.
I strongly advise against working with this company. In my experience, they are highly manipulative and untrustworthy. Once they have your contact information, they will go to great lengths to convince you that they are the only ones capable of resolving your issues. Unfortunately, I fell for their tactics and ended up losing $30,000, in addition to paying them $3,000 upfront to start my case—an extremely poor decision on my part.Over the course of 3–4 years, they provided me with vague and unhelpful paperwork, instructing me to submit it to ombudsmen or crypto exchange companies, none of which produced any results. I essentially feel as though I’ve been scammed twice. If you’ve lost money and are seeking recovery, I urge you to avoid this company at all costs. Don’t fall for their promises. This is my second attempt at posting a review after noticing that my previous one was seemingly removed. I intend to share all the proof and correspondence I’ve had with them over these years to warn others. Please stay away and protect your hard-earned money.
In all truth, if you live in the US and the FBI has not said anything about your claim (IC3), you cannot get any of your crypto back from any platform M.B. has found. These platforms are not legally obligated to give you loss crypto from a scam even if you have proof. The letters do not legally make the platforms return your money. Do not waste more money trying to recover money that will not be recovered. This company will bait you into using them in the beginning but after while they will stop contacting you about your case. Companies that prey on people when they are at their lowest are scammers themselves.I will say at least they provided a crypto analysis report that the FBI can use but in honesty, the FBI could careless about anything under $100k and even that, it needs to be multiple people with the same issue for them to respond to IC3.
