They strung me along for 4 years paid 8000 US never got a dime back they have cookie cutting letters to send to crypto companies witch they ignore they are a scam stay a way they scam the people that are being scammed if I could give them a lower rating I would

If I could, I would put 0 starts to Payback Ltd. I spend more money to get nowhere. I just received an email from them that they closing my case because they can't get my money back after 4 years once every 3 months, I've been getting emails from them to send to my ban but k, that's a joke... they work same as scammers, don't trust any words they'll say to you most of it, it's a scam they want your money. STAY AWAY FROM PAYBACK LDT!!!‼️‼️‼️
They would pretend that they're working hard to retrieve your money and they have wasted my 2 years of going nowhere and at the end it's a waste of time and money on me. Please do not believe their promises, you will be very disappointed. Anyone claimed that Payback got them their money back, I don't believe it one bit. It's bogus.
It is not a scam as we define it but it is a sort of a money making organization. The people (your agent) here are more approachable and have a few protocols for harassing the institutions. In the end your time runs out. They keep your hopes up for a long time ( for me, over 3 years) and you get nothing ....yeah, I guess it is a kind of a scam.
Last night I received an e-mail from Payback informing me that they would close my claim. I'm not surprised because nothing has happened for the last 3 years except for a few useless letters which were rarely answered by the addressees. And all this for an upfront payment of 3200 Euros which Payback refuses to refund even partly. Don't believe these people, it looks all part of another scam, don't waste more of your money ! Don't trust the 72% of 5 star ratings, they must have their staff writing positive comments all day long ! KEEP AWAY FROM PAYBACK, beside the emotional turmoil ( over 3 years for me ) you only lose more money !
I hired them after being scammed.. after a year long process they emailed me saying there's nothing they can do. I payed them 1st half of payment in the beginning and wrote a review of how protected I felt. After everything I went through o feel like I got scammed by them. I am taking my losses and want to warn people about this company. I'm VERY disappointed!!!!
I was the victim of a Romance scam.Payback promised that they would be able to get my funds recovered as they had all the resources and close contact with all the major institutions to get this done. They only approached three institutions and I got an email today that they have given up, that they are closing my case.I wish there was a true picture of Payback on their website and I wish their adverts didn't lie about their true efforts which is they give up on their clients when they wish. Anyone reading this review - please do not select Payback they wont fight your case until the end. They give up when they wish.DO NOT SELECT THEM AS YOUR LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE.
Total SCAM! All of them are liars. They will just make you believe they will help you but they will just wait until the contract ends. They are all heartless people taking advantage of scam victims like myself. DONT TRUST THEM. They handled my case for more than a year and nothing happened. I just wasted my money. I regret paying them.
