They are a bunch of scammers do not trust them I repeat do not trust them.They promises that they will recovery your stolen funds but they only change your point of contact and later they send you a letter saying that they will stop working in your case. So it's a scamm

And on the end, fake promises come true. I just received email from PayBack, that they are very much sorry, but they cannot do anything more and they give up from my case....of course, they wish me many luck 🤔😒. After 4 years and big amount what I pay to them and doing nothing...PEOPLE, THEY CAN DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. I clear my soul, I tell you the true...now is on you if you want to be stupid. Don't spend more money, because this is scam too. I hope they will feel same pain like we have it because of lose what we have and they use our pain and badluck to scam us more, because of that they deserve to feel it too
Hi all, this feedback is based on my personal experience. I contacted the company in Sep,2022 and I explained my situation to them. The person on the phone assured me that they can help in getting my lost funds. Now is 2025, May. In the interim all they did was sent me letters that I needed to send to the relevant authorities. This obviously didn’t work. Also, I did pay them around 1.2 k GBP to help me get my funds back. I believe that this company cannot be trusted and today I got a notification from them saying that they closed my case. I would encourage all not to trust this company as they are not up-to the mark. They will sound very convincing at first but no results. ————-This part of the review is after reading their reply. I made this comment (above the dashes) on 22nd May and the company came back to me saying to contact the support today (20th August). These people are shameless and pathetic
Scammers do not trust them or pay anything, they cant do anything for you.They will send 2-3 letters to you to send to your bank and they when bank refuse those letters they will say that they cabt do anythinh for you and they will close your case.Hope they will get what they deserve one day for scamming peopleThey wrote to contact their centre - I cant even reply back and there is no one to contact at all what a joke of the company!
Everything started great, they were helpful listening to my crypto scam. Once I paid, the service drastically decreased. I kept being moved to new case workers, when I tried to reach out to the previous case worker, no responses back. I would constantly have to reach out for updates. They tried to send a letter to my bank and a few other places. No luck and weeks and months go by with no contact. If you get scammed accept it, no point of losing more using a service like this. After being dormant for over a year they reached out to advise my case is closed. Enjoy my $$$$$$$$!!!
They strung me along for 4 years paid 8000 US never got a dime back they have cookie cutting letters to send to crypto companies witch they ignore they are a scam stay a way they scam the people that are being scammed if I could give them a lower rating I would
I was scammed out of thousands of dollars and hired Payback to assist with getting my money back. After reviewing my case they told me this was something they could do. I paid half the money upfront to them which was nonrefundable and the rest when I get my money back. The process was daunting and unproductive. They constantly assigned a new rep to the case and contact was sparse. Here we are 2 years later, and no results and payback just emailed me to close the case and said they can't assist. How different are you from the actual scammers? I paid for a service I never received and so my money should be refunded.
To make it sound resolved the scammers replied below as if they want to resolve this but of course didnt reply anything to my emails, so remember, DO NOT USE THEMAbout 5 years ago they contacted me at first, they asked for 10% in advance, at the first few months they kept on sending me stuff to email to the bank and other government bureaus, then i didnt hear from them for a long time, finally about 2 months ago they sent me another email to send and Mid May they sent me an email that they are closing their case. Bottom line not only i was scammed at first, i was scammed with their false promises to get back the scammed money. All i can say is DO NOT FALL FOR THEM AND DO NOT USE THEM
