We've been using Payfit since basically their launch. The team has always been insanely reactive, building custom features for our use cases and never deceiving on reliability & reactivity. I've always recommended Payfit to the startups I work with or invest in, and have never been deceived. I just wish they expanded in more verticals so they could replace some of our other tools too!
Simple and straight forward on the employee side!Been using Payfit as an employee for more than 6 years for 2 different companies and never had any issue!One single account for different companies that I worked for, easy to find back all the payslip, which are made so simple to read and understand. Booking holidays is also really easy as well as knowing how much holidays is left after booking some!
I liked the way the tool made easy everything related to HR : I could easily see how many vacation days I had left, plan my holidays with my manager and check how to orchestrate my own team's avaliabilities.I could find all my documents (paycheck, sick leaves etc) in a few clicks.Great tool !
Worst customer support ever - they force you to contact them to cancel your subscription and then you are forced to chat with a bot and they tell you that they will answer you somewhere hidden deep down in their application. Run away from this service.
