PayFit may work adequately for very basic payroll requirements, but beyond that, the platform falls short in several critical areas.

From a finance leadership perspective, the reporting functionality is particularly weak. There are persistent limitations around extracting data with full dimensionality, making it unsuitable for any business that requires robust, audit-ready reporting or bespoke analysis. In practice, this creates unnecessary manual workarounds and increases operational risk.

Integration is another major concern. There is effectively no meaningful integration with NetSuite, which is a fundamental requirement for any organisation operating a scalable finance function. For businesses using Oracle systems, this alone should be a decisive reason to avoid the platform.

Customer support has deteriorated significantly. Over the past year, PayFit appears to have shifted heavily towards AI-driven support with minimal access to experienced human advisors. A telling example is that we recently had to raise a support ticket simply to find out who our current Customer Success lead is, as all previous contacts appear to have left or are no longer responsive. This is not a one-off issue, but indicative of a broader breakdown in account management and service continuity.

The overall experience now feels like a cost-reduction exercise at the expense of customer experience. While this may benefit short-term margins, it materially undermines trust and usability for finance teams who rely on timely, accurate support.

In summary, PayFit may be suitable for small businesses with simple needs, but it is not fit for purpose for organisations that require reliable reporting, system integration, and responsive support. We are already evaluating alternative providers as a result.

Taking money from our account when we are already cancelled

I subscribed for a one-month plan and canceled it after 15 days. However, it has now been three months and they are still debiting my account, even though I canceled the subscription and spoke with their support. This is literally stealing money from and not even allowing us to connect to speak again with their support.

Disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience, both from customer support and from the tool. I personally found the behavior of one of the customer service representatives quite disrespectful. I am not going to continue with them.
