My review about Payfit is very good. The software is easy to use and the customer service is also responsive especially with urgent cases. Rhian and Madalina are exceptional.We had several issues with the company we recently included due to tax codes mainly and I think the product can improve more on these aspects.I hope that our feedback can help you as well!
Thank you for your assistance resolving my issue. A shame the first attempt last month didn’t work. Being a little old school I do miss the ease of being able to easily telephone support as my feeling is that issues can be resolved faster in conjunction with support tickets online.
I have been very impressed with PayFit over the last year+ that we have been using their system. I've done payroll in multiple countries for over 20 years and PayFit is hands down one of the best systems I've used. Their support team is fast and very responsive. They were so incredibly helpful during implementation, especially given that I am in the US (West Coast) and they are in Europe/UK. They were always willing to work with my time constraints and our implementation was a breeze due to their help.
We've been using Payfit for a while now, so far so good. System is very convenient and smartly built, perfect for none payroll people. We like the transparency, efficiency and security. Helped us to reduce amount of spreadsheets and unnecessary paperwork for sure. Our employees seem to appreciate the change too. Payfit CS team is also very helpful. They are always flexible and attentive to our needs. Cons - we were expecting a lot more from Hibob integration. Doesn't seem to be useful in its current form but they promised to improve it. Also we had some issues with billing but that seem to be resolved now.
