Review Time
We were really impressed by Payfit when we were initially sold the product.Since then the initial help to set up the product was slow so we had to delay on on-boarding by a month. The onboarding was done incorrectly so the first PAYE FPS submission done by payfit was not only late but incorrect and significantly more than it should have been. We have incurred late fines and interest charges from HMRC and are still waiting on payfit to resolve this issue.Other advice given on a Salary Sacrifice EV scheme was given incorrectly and we have been made aware now that this is something they are unable to support.We have had other issues along the way regarding employee access which has taken over two months to resolve.I would steer clear until they get the support side of the business sorted and we are already looking to move provider after 4 months.
Great journey setting up the system. We used an outsourced accountants prior which contained all of the issues you'd expect (lack of control, not timely, expensive etc) so Payfit came at a great time when I wanted to automate the payroll process.
Awful service! We discovered once we stop using their services that they made huge mistakes and becase of that we got fined multiple fines. From there it went downhill, for every documentation they were missing to provide we had to write a certified email and yet still some documents need to be provided.I highly discourage this company for the bad quality of their work and their integrity.
As a recent user of Payfit I have to say I'm extremely impressed with the flexibility of the software, smoothness of interface but more importantly the extreme professionalism and helpfulness offered by their support staff. Carlsberg don't do Account Managers but if they did they'd choose Rhian Evans.
Noone has responded to my query from a few weeks ago and now im getting asked to fill out a survey about the customer service.
