My experience with Payfit

I use PayFit every month and I honestly really like it. The platform is super intuitive and easy to navigate. You quickly find everything you need without complicated logins or extra steps, which makes the whole experience much smoother.I’ve used other HR platforms before, and PayFit is definitely the best one I’ve tried. It just feels more user-friendly and straightforward.My favourite part is the payslip section. Everything is super clear, and it really helps me understand where my money goes each month. It’s something I really appreciate.I also find the holiday calendar very useful. It gives a clean overview of public holidays, my days off and even my colleagues’ vacations, so planning becomes much easier.Overall, PayFit feels simple, clear and efficient. It genuinely makes HR tasks way less stressful.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT NIGHTMARE

I've had a terrible experience with Payfit recently. I'm dealing with an issue related to my RTT and some missing features that I should normally have access to. It's been over a month, and the problem still hasn't been resolved. Their support has been unresponsive, and the chatbot is completely useless.
