Causes us more pain than anything before

The ONLY thing payfit is good at doing is producing a decent payslip. The expenses function has caused us more pain and expense to fix the horrible UI and the silly categories of expenses. We really wish we didn't listen to our accountant, who clearly was earning a commission payment for pushing us to use Payfit. We're a company of 80 employees and will never recommend Payfit.

Excellent website and support team

The PayFit software is seamless and the support team are so helpful with a whole range of payroll requests. Would highly recommend the user friendly interface and process improvements they are always bringing to fruition to further improve the HR onboarding and payroll process for all.
