Review Time
I see a lot of negative reviews on here, but many (not saying all) seem based on misinformation. First of all... As to the Google Find My trackers not working well when first received... Google was still rolling out the update. It was a few weeks before I was reliably able to "find" my trackers when testing them, but it began working and has only gotten better. You have to remember... It's not just when Google rolls out the update... It's when people get around to updating if they're not set to automatic. Writing this review in August of 2024 and I can find my clip, and wallet tracker easily and reliably when anyone else with an android is anywhere nearby. (This is with my phone set to Bluetooth off, and nearby device permission for Google Find My turned off so it can't find it itself and has to rely on the network).This brings me to number 2... A lot of people complaining it took a long time to receive. This because they were waiting for Google to roll it out so they'd be functional. They cut it so close that... As we've covered... Many devices hadn't got the update yet. So they really couldn't have shipped them any sooner. I have since placed 2 more orders and always received them within 7 days.Anyways... Since this is supposed to be a review... Ya, they work. They work well. And I now have a clip in my daughters soccer bag, a wallet tracker in my wallet, my daughter's wallet, and my wife's, and a tag in my son's glasses case and all are easily located at any time. And what's best... They're all rechargeable (which I haven't had to do yet for any).

I got a tracking card(looks like a credit card) and put it in my wallet, soon after it broke because I sat on it. They told me not to sit on it(a wallet sized card to track your wallet), they replaced it, but would not refund. I tried to return my other two products, 2 tags, and it had been more than 15 days so they would not return them. Also, they send a link out to review there products, but when I tried to use it, it had expired. So they only want people to review their products right after they purchase and before they get any use out of them. None of them have ever worked for actually tracking my device, I don't know if that is pebblebees problem or androids problem, but the product does not work. Wait to buy from a better company that has better products because these don't work.

Overpriced (€127.95 for 4 Clips + €14.95 shipping to Europe). Ordered June 30 for a trip on July 17 with "expected delivery late June to early July". It's July 25, they haven't even shipped yet and refused to compensate. Redeemed "Clip, Card & Tag" offer, they only shipped Clip and Tag. Complained, they claimed I was informed it was unavailable (I wasn't), offered a new discount coupon for the Card, and manually added it to the order when it allegedly became available again. Apparently only sends satisfaction surveys when they help you and expect positive feedback. Spams your personal and work e-mail addresses with unsolicited e-mails. Firmware updates require reset.Runs limited-time offers of 20%, then, after you redeem them and the offer expires, runs another limited-time offer of 30% immediately after.Good support.Update (10/19/2024): One of my clips stopped ringing after ~2 months and another one rings but often doesn't stop ringing.Update (10/21/2024): They acknowledged the issue, promised a fix via firmware update, and provided reset instructions to remediate meanwhile.Update (06/19/2025): Pebblebee requested a reference number, my full name, my e-mail address, and my phone number within 3 days or my review may get removed.Update (06/20/2025): According to Trustpilot, the request for personal details such as my full name and phone number came from Pebblebee. According to Trustpilot, this process is not part of Trustpilot’s verification system and is entirely dependent of Pebblebee. It's not about how Trustpilot manages content or reviews authenticity checks. It's about Pebblebee "asking for more details to better understand your [my] experience".Update (07/18/2025): Had to threaten chargeback and legal action to get a refund for an order I returned 1 week ago and they confirm they had already received.Updated (07/19/2025): They only provided a partial refund despite receiving everything back unopened.
