Never finished order and suddenly charged. No confirm, nothing. Very small package shows up, no idea what it is. Now stuck with lost hours (!!) And return fees sorting this out.

Very cosy.

Unfortunately, the car seat was not exactly what we were looking for our dog for because of the size of our dog. The product itself looks great and is defintely very cosy. In another review we have already suggested the in-between sizes (M/L) to be considered. Prompt and friendly contact from Customer Support Team.

Never Arrived

I ordered a car seat on January 12 and despite numerous emails (many I suspect with AI) I still do not have shipping confirmation or tracking number as of February 15. Phone call was answered by another email. Extremely frustrating.

We are on our way with our Mini doodle to Hilton Head. It is a 12 hr ride. At first he was a little shy about laying down; but once he did he hasn’t raised his head again. Very comfy!
