Customer Service:I received my car bed from Pelsbarn. It had a slight damage. I contacted them and they immediately replaced it. It was very simple with no extra work on my part. I was very pleased with the product as well as the amazing customer service. My dog loves it.
We were so pleased with our car bed, we have ordered the orthopedic bed for our two, a boxer/pittie and schnauzer mix. We especially look forward to the removable and washer friendly cover! Such a great look for what will be an addition to our living room!
Your product is excellent, well made, and our OES loves snuggling, sleeping and relaxing in the bed. She is 3 1/2 years old, very reactive, but the bed calms her and she relaxes. So pleased that I am purchasing one as a gift for our son. His OLS Doodle just celebrated his 4 year birthday. Am sure he will love this.
I placed an order for three items at a cost of $138.00 on 1/9/2025 and today is 1/21/2025 and still no product. I have not received notification that it has even shipped yet. I did get an email saying they got my order (and they already took the money from my debit account) and gave me a tracking number. When I check that it has the same status for days - "its on its way" but it has now been 12 days since order was placed. I emailed support and got a message saying error, undeliverable. I called the 877 support number and waiting for almost 5 min before getting a recording that say they were unable to take my call. I guess they must be scammers so will have to dispute charge with my bank. Terrible customer experience!
I loved the product- a doggie bed for the sofa that she just wanted to eat! She treated it like it was a toy-- wanted to find the squeaker! I gave it to a friend with a beagle who really loves it. My dog wanted to eat it at the label point. Might help if label was on the bottom.?Would love to find another one I can try for my Luna. I really appreciate your mission here.
I ordered the full backseat cover for my dog. I DO NOT recommend ordering this. I was so excited to get this as I travel a lot and my dog comes with me. The first issue was the shipping…it took a long time to get. I emailed the company and they were good with communication however it was simply an apology. It took a month for me to get my item. Once I got the item, upon first use none of the zippers stayed up. When I zip them they all slip right back down (small window to front and all zippers holding the 2 sides up). Upon second use, 3 zippers broke and came right off. I am extremely disappointed in this product. It was an absolute waste of money.
