I placed an order for a product that was on sale as a Buy One Get One free deal.When I opened the cooling blankets, I was disappointed as only 1 was shipped.I sent an email to Pelsbarn. Didn't get an immediate response. I chalked it up to " that's what I get for ordering on line."To my surprise I got a response via email the very next day. They were VERY HELPFUL, and sent the second one immediately. I was so happy I ordered 2 more larger ones. Our boys LOVE them! The company even responded with a touching email when I submitted a photo of the "pups" to Thank them for renewing my Faith in Pelsbarn!!
I had purchased another brand of cooling matts and my pit baby laid in it once. My Aussie wouldn’t touch them. It is hot in Phoenix and both dogs were hot panting and looked uncomfortable on the hardwood floors trying to cool off. I was nervous about trying an instagram hit but so glad we did. Great communication on the shipping product arrivedmin a boutA week and my dogs are both constantly in the beds. They are so happy and look uncomfortable all day and night. We put the beds in the car forA recent road trip and both dogs immediately relaxed and stayed calm the whole trip. These beds work and I think are helping with the anxiety of my Aussie doodle as he loves to corn on the fabric while he is relaxing. Absolutely worth every penny. Will be checking out the warmer beds when the weather cools off.
I bought the cooling mat for my Newfie. He loves it! He has severe orthopedic issues and the traditional gel mats slide and are too slippery for him. No such issues with this one. It recools itself very quickly, also. Newfies are always hot and this makes him so happy, which makes me very happy. Great quality at a great price.
I'm starting to think this company is a scam. Paid a lot of money for their dog bed over 1 month ago...no updates, customer service doesn't reply, and by the comments on their IG, I'm not the only one. I have sent an email asking for a cancellation and refund but i have little hope. AVOID!
Ordered the cooling mat for our Husky pup. It took quite some time to deliver, which does happen, so no big deal. However, we have been extremely disappointed in the product itself. It's cool to the touch, but after a minute or so, it warms up. Neither of our dogs want anything to do with it, and they love other cooling mates we have had. I think it makes them hotter than it does anything. Disappointed and there is no refund opportunities for unsatisfied customers. Having to chalk it up as a loss, even though it was a bit pricey.
