Review Time
I wish I had seen some of these reviews before I ordered. The "protective" car seat is very flimsy - not at all like the picture. I ordered a Medium and it measures out to be a small. Because I bought it on sale, they will only refund 12%. Ive gone back and forth with customer service. The last email being today. Don't buy from Pelsbarn!! And while they do say in small print that there are no returns on sale items, “satisfaction guaranteed” is much bigger.
My dogs loved this bed from the moment I put it down. My dog runs on the hot side and now every time we come in from a walk she goes straight to her bed. It is large enough for both dogs to share or one to spread out. Definitely recommend this company.
I placed an order but I can't get any notification of shipment... And it's been almost two weeks now anyway. "the order is outstanding with the local courier service ’, they tell me. "They have not forgotten me but are trying to find out about my order ’really disappointing !
I ordered a car bed for my dog because he hates car rides. He refuses to get in it and I wanted to return it, they said it was on sale and can return for color and size only. I explained to them that exchanging for color and size won’t help me, but could I exchange it for something else. They said no. Everything on their website has a price with a slash through it and a sale price. This is how they get by not doing returns and keeping customers money. They will not work with me and I am out a lot of money. There reviews on their website are all 5 stars because they take down the bad ones. Don’t use this company.
I would give negative stars if possible. I placed an order over two weeks ago, then got an email apologizing for the delay and “giving” me a 20% off coupon. This company is a joke. My package is “awaiting pickup by “Yun Post.” I saw a US company, but it’s made in China. I’ll never order from here again. Oh, read the fine print because if you’re not happy with the product, you pay return shipping and a $7.99 restocking fee. I will be requesting a refund.
Can’t speak to the quality of the products and was looking forward to receiving the bed but the ordering system is quite poor. Ordered the bed almost a week ago. Received a confirmation email and later an email to say my order was delayed and they were sorry. This morning I received a message to say I had only part paid for the order and it was being held back (which isn’t the case - I paid the full sale price). Have asked to cancel as I can’t imagine I’ll be receiving it any time soon and wanted it for a holiday.
