Ordered cooling bed June 7th. Still waiting, today is June 25th. Called numerous times and always a recording that says they are too busy to answer calls that if a problem you need to email them at such and such. I’ve done that also numerous times and comes back non-deliverable. Going to PetSmart today. Will try to get my money back.
I ordered a cooling bed over a week ago and have never received any notification of shipping. Can’t get a response by email, chat is unavailable and no one is answering the phone. I think this is company is a scam. I guess I have to reach out to my bank.
I placed an order with Pelsbarn around June 17. The order finally shipped and arrived my home approximately June 28. It was not a complete order. Two items were left out. There is no shipping slip in the packaging with the order or explanation for the incomplete order. I have tried to contact the company by phone, they never return a call. I also have sent emails to them and have received no response. I would either like my money back or the items shipped to me so I can see if my dog likes them. They have been very unresponsive. I am very disappointed with them as a company and saddened by their poor customer service
I ordered the cooling mats for my little dog. The carrier delivered to the wrong address. Stefanie of Pelsbarn worked with me and ended up sending me a new order. I received them and I cannot recommend them enough. I live in Florida and they totally cool her down she loves them. Very pleased with the product and the service.
I ordered this as I was going on a road trip with my dogs. It says it should ship between 7 to 10 days and it still hasn't shipped. I'm leaving for my trip in two days and have had to come up with an alternative for their safety. I emailed the address listed for correspondence two days ago requesting to cancel my order and a refund. I still have not received a response. DO NOT ORDER from this company.
I love the thoughtful email messages, customer service is terrific, and the donation from profits to help other animals is very important. The quality of the cooling mat and cooling bed I purchased for my puppy were both very well received by Holly! Plus, the sale prices are much appreciated!
Avoid them at all costs. Horrible customer service and I doubt the product I ordered will ever even arrive. Their own website tells me my order does not exist. Yet the money they took from me is very much real. I cannot get anyone from customer service besides automated messages. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company to try to get my money back. Horrible company. In response to their update. How can I trust i will receive my order when your own tracking told me my order did not exist until today? It's been almost an entire month already.
My pooches love the cooling bed and car nest. We purchased the beds bc they looked pretty cool and cozy and based on other reviews. Endorsing Pelsbarn as the products are high quality, easy to put in place/install and to keep clean. Our pooches prefer the products over other dog beds and car seat covers at their disposal. Service and communication with Pelsbarn is very prompt and effective. 5/5 stars for Pelsbarn products design & functionality and service level.
