Review Time
Communication is decent, but their freight system is absolutely awful. They’ve rescheduled our delivery three times. I had to make sure someone was home every day they guaranteed it would be here. All three days were wasted waiting for our spa to arrive, that STILL has not arrived. I’ve reached out to the freight company and to Clearwater and they have not been helpful at all. I just hope the spa is better than their delivery system.
Update: My spa was finally shipped today after speaking with a associate (Amy i think). I will update my review once i receive the spa. Fingers crossed its smooth sailing now. The purchasing part was easy and straightforward, but now that they have my money I can not get any answers as to when my spa will be delivered. It was supposed to be delivered to my local carrier on 4/29 but has still not been picked up. I've called in several times and nobody has been able to give me any update as to when I will be receiving the product that I have already paid for. I will be canceling my order in the next couple days if this not resolved.
Not a Happy customer.Buying a hot tub from the People Like Clearwater’s website is a very easy and fast process. But buyer’s you do so at a your own risk, they will take your money and then wash there hands of you. I purchased a hot tub that came packaged and wrapped up in perfect condition. However, once it was set-up and filled with water it became apparent that the pump on the brand new unit was Faulty. After several calls, e-mails and chats, their only help is to say it is a factory/warranty issue and I have to work directly with the manufacturer. Now, several emails and phone calls later with the manufacturer warranty department they determined that yes it is a faulty pump inside my new hot tub and they will order me a new pump. The new pump arrived at my house, but they keep telling me they are having a hard time finding a contractor to fit it. This has been a very stressful, expensive, shopping experience. I have a brand new hot tub sitting on my deck that I am unable to use.
Update..company sucks! my tracking information still says the truck is in route with empty trailer. After getting my tracking number they said it would be to my state by the 6th and still has not arrived. Communication is POOR and they have not yet looked into see why they cant find anything about when or where my spa is..im getting my money back and shopping else where. Id put 0 stars if i could. So far the experience has been great! Cutomer service answered my questions and seemed knowledgeable about what i asked. Im excited to know when it ships and when it should be here. Hopefully soon.. and after i actually get it.. we shall see if my 5 stars stay the same😌
