The staff was very nice

I ordered a hot tub cover because you guys said it was in stock after I ordered it I called to check on it and was told that you don’t have them in stock that they have to be made to order that it would take about two weeks to make and another two weeks to ship and receive this was very misleading after paying 600 dollars for something you advertised as being in stock

Startup went great

Startup went great, no vapor locks. Just filled from the filter area as instructed. The tub was light enough to move with two people, and the surface is finger print free and easy to take care of. I hope we love our tub for many years.

The premium 600 is a great value

The premium 600 is a great value. The hot tub was received sooner than expected. Very easy to set up. The jet’s could be a little more powerful. However I am very satisfied.
