No hot tub and no solutions only attitude

For a company that "prides" themselves on great customer service, they sure do suck at communicating. My hot tub has been sitting in South Bend for over a week now because the delivery company cannot deliver it due to the size. I have made numerous calls to both shipping agencies with absolutely no help from Clearwater. If I would not have contacted the shipping companies I guarentee there would never be any movement and it would be lost in the shipping world. I have reached out to clearwater as well only to be given attitudes from their reps and not one single solution or even an apology on the delay. The amount of time I have put in to Forward Air Inc and Echo to attempt to have this hot tub delivered is ridiculous and the fact the company won't even assist is mind blowing to me. If you have other options on where to purchase your hot tub from, don't pick this one. Oh and please don't respond with your computer generated "we apologize your upset and will look into your issue", That's just so you can save face on your site, if you were that concerned, you would have responded to my emails or had your supervisor contact me like a requested a week ago.

What a terrific place to purchase a hot tub! They were amazing! Beautiful product, fast shipping, excellent price! Delivery was wonderful and we plugged it in and are enjoying it so much! Thanks for a wonderful product, price, and experience!

Great customer service, speed

We love our spa! What a great update for our patio.But the best part of Clearwater was their service and speed. We decided to purchase a Jacuzzi spa in May with the hopes of having it for the summer. Everywhere we looked the delivery would have been mid to late summer, but Clearwater said it would just be a couple of weeks. It actually came earlier than they said!

Love our new Spa

Love our new spa. The Aquarest 600 premium is roomier than I thought it would be and we’re large people. Also very durable and stylish. With the 40 amp install it’s got very nice features that rival much more expensive units. Perfect size for our deck and a great poolside compliment. Did I forget to mention affordable?

3rd/Final UPDATE

So far, so good. We ordered a new, in stock spa on May 14th after trying to order a spa through their sister-site. Thankfully, the woman on the phone was honest about the actual time the other spa would probably take to get to us. She then advised us to look at the in stock spas on peoplelikeclearwater.com. We haven't received our spa yet, nor any shipping info thus far but I'm hopeful it will ship out within the promised 14 business days. In the meantime, I thought the video series I received via email for the first 4 or 5 days following order placement was really a nice touch. I didn't expect it and even beyond being a helpful planning tool, it gets/keeps you excited about your upcoming arrival. Will definitely update my review regarding the shipping process.UPDATE June 2: Well we had a completely opposite issue in comparison to some. I'd been checking the order status and until yesterday didn't even realize that it had shipped. Even now, as the hot tub sits in our driveway, our online order status still says processing. Anyhow, we received a voicemail yesterday from Air Dispatch in Buffalo,NY saying that our hot tub was there and requesting a delivery date. Mike said he could deliver as early as tomorrow (meaning today). He said to expect a call a half hour before it arrived, which I even missed today! Yet, they still delivered, exactly on time. Brian was really nice and even asked me where I wanted it. So in 24 hours we went from not knowing that our hot tub had even shipped yet to having it courteously delivered a few feet from where it will be set up. The process was so fast, we don't even have our site yet ready! So as far as keeping to their word of delivery time as well as the delivery process, A+! It came down to luckily having a really great freight company handle it once it arrived to our nearest city. Can't wait to get it set up; will update review when we do.UPDATE: JUNE 16: I waited until we'd had a handful of uses before leaving a final review. Our hot tub has been setup for 12 days and we've used it 4 times. Overall we're very happy with our purchase. Following are a few details of note: Initially, it did take a bit longer to heat up from 66 to 100 but still took less than 24 hours. The instructions were almost useless & failed to address the few questions raises during setup such as one regarding the filter. It came with a band around it and was unclear whether or not this plastic band was part of the packaging or intended to remain on. After looking on Amazon at the product page we deduced it stays in place and have found that the filter is one of the best features of this spa. It does a great job at collecting wind blown debris & effectively removes impurities from city water. The ozonator is top notch-floating a few bromine tablets in a distributor has kept our water perfectly balanced. Daytime temps have been 70/80's with evening temps much cooler than typical this time of year helping to assuage our concern of how well the spa would maintain temperature while in use. We soaked for about a half hour & the cover remained off for another hour. The temp only dropped 3 degrees. The only aspect that could use improvement is the keypad/display. When trying to turn the jets on/toggle through waterfall colors the keypress is difficult & doesn't seem to line up with the buttons beneath. It takes several presses before the hot tub responds to the command. Not a huge issue for us but could be for some. The jets are pretty powerful and very well placed with the overall operational noise being the biggest surprise of all. With the jets on high it's still unbelievably quiet. Directly after plugging in, the hot tub enters a default setting which we've not had to alter whatsoever. It seems right on point as far as how often it enters a cleaning cycle in order to maintain clear,clean water. The cover is just so-so and illustrates areas not covered by the manual such as having to screw the other half of the latch onto the outside shell. The more reviews I read, the more I realize how lucky we got regarding delivery. Peopleikeclearwaters delivery communication was nonexistent. Air Delivery in Buffalo was our saving grace. They nailed communication, turn around time, and a narrow delivery window to name just a few. Also fortunate was the correct type/color spa being delivered. Enabled only by other customer comments & questions online we worked through any difficulies encountered during setup; avoiding the need to contact customer service.

The wrong color spa was sent

The wrong color spa was sent. Waiting to see how this gets resolved. Cover was also damaged and waiting to see if I am sent a new one. The spa itself is nice and seems to be as we expected.
