I had a interaction with Ash from Perlego and all I can say is the level of customer services is unmatched, it was not a major issue but i felt like I was treated as important as a major issue, he deserves a pay raise immediately because this interaction has made me recommend Perlego to all my peers at university whom haven’t already subscribed
The app works well and allows me great access to books all searchable etc. Some books don't have page numbers which is irritating when doing citations it makes that referencing difficult. The customer support has been great and they've been really responsive to changes I needed to make to my subscription during it quickly and efficiently. Thanks
