I have no update on my order after more than week, even if it was going to be delayed I would be fine with this but no communication despite sending emails and whatsapp messages is disappointing. I will be forced to request a refund soon as there is no sign I will be getting my item at the minute.
Product quality excellent. Colour as I expected. Finish as I requested and delivery again was as advised. I ordered 2 pieces to protect tops of my new bedside cabinets which are grey in colour and I ordered dove grey to compliment. Very pleased with buy and would certainly recommend ..22000212393
When I received my order, I was sent the wrong colour compared to what I had ordered.I have never had such bad customer service. It took 3 days to get someone to answer the customer service number to raise the issue. Was told they were aware of my issue through the emails I sent at the same time, they told me I will receive a response via email and all I got back was a generic delivery response and my issue about the wrong colour was completely ignored and not addressed.
Ordered a sheet of tinted cut to size Perspex on Monday evening, paid for express service 1-2 days as I was quite eager to get the job done. After 2 days (Wednesday) emailed customer service for an approximate dispatch time and received a reply stating it was on the production line and it was ordered as 1-2 days and would be with me as soon as possible. On Saturday I still hadn’t received a dispatch email nor the product. I emailed again with no reply, I emailed again Monday asking for confirmation this was still coming and expressed my disappointment with the service, no reply. Emailed again Tuesday with no response and finally received a dispatch email on Wednesday 9 days after my order. The product was finally delivered Friday 11 days after the order for a “1-2 days express order”. The product was okay and as expected but the lead time was ridiculous and the customer service shocking. For this reason I would not use this company again and couldn’t recommend, in total this had cost me £98 and the experience was very poor.
Excellent service from ordering the product to receiving the product on the specified date, the product was well protected from any damage while being shipped, great price, very good quality finishing to the edges and radius corners. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star service would highly recommend this company.
