Absolute disgrace of a company. Bought a car from Edinburgh Mini which has now been sold to Douglas Park so no one will take ownership of my complaint. No answer when calling head office. No contact details anywhere to get in touch with them. Never live up to expectation and they should focus on trying to keep customers happy and not making a complete fool of themselves running a mediocre business model.
I had my car in for repair last week & had came across an issue on Saturday morning with the car having no heating coming though. Called the dealership & spoke to David. I explained my situation. He told me to come straight down to get it checked. I was offered tea & coffee and even a roll from the shop when the mechanics where going for breakfast. I had my car back within 40 minutes with heating fully working and was on my way. I cant thank you & your team enough for fitting me in & getting the issue sorted. I wont hesitate to come back for future repairs. Thank you!

I haven’t had a great experience . On my first call to enquire about a used Landrover a £500 deposit was taken to remove the car from sale while the numbers were crunched, at their recommendation. The numbers didn’t add up as Peter Vardy offered me a much lower PX on my own car than other Landrover dealerships. I have been waiting / chasing (and still wait ) for the £500 to be returned to me . Emails are not responded to and calls are not answered . I’m now buying a car from a different Landrover main dealer (Hatfields) and the experience couldn’t be more different.
