From start to finish I felt like I was listened to and was the only customer. Discussed all my options and given time to think about what was best for me. Great customer service from David and Michael at Peter Vardy Motherwell, this is my 5th car and would highly recommend them, would never consider looking anywhere else.
Neil attended to us, he was professional, nice, cool and very very helpful, thanks to him, we were able to get my wife a car, and the customer service we got was top notch, I will recommend him any day, please next time you go to Perter Vardy, Motherwell, ask for Neil, you will thank me, we got an automatic family car, very happy with our purchase.
Amazing service from the Motherwell branch. I needed a new car suitable for my new job to exchange for my existing one which wasn’t going to cut it over the longer term. Kelly Bates was really engaging. She listened to what I needed the car for and what my budget was. She was able to identify a car within the stock which would suit my needs exactly, explain why this car was the one for me and smoothly take me through the entire process until I took delivery of the car. No upselling and no messing about which I appreciated greatly. 2 weeks later and I’m delighted with the car. It’s worked out exactly as Kelly advised it would. Amazing customer care from start to finish. I can’t thank her enough. 👍
