My experience was an absolute breeze all thanks to Kelly bates in Peter Vardy Motherwell , this was my first ever car and honestly I thought the experience would be much more stressful than it was but thanks to Kelly it was a pleasant experience and I am confident to say I will now be a life long customer thank you so much.
It wont be a complete experience if I don't mention the effort of an exceptional staff - Kelly Bates, with such an exceptional customer service, making my wife and I so delighted from start to finish on our purchase of a brand new Omoda 5. I will buy over again with Kelly Bates as my sales contact.More so, the showroom ambiance at Motherwell is very classic and welcoming..... I had issues with every single garage over the years. With my engineering and management experience I'm not easy person to deal with.Peter Vardy Motherwell branch sorted my issues without any questions.Scott Burnett (branch manager/director) did more than I could think off.I'm confident to say this branch completely changed approach to customers. Yes, I had issues with this branch over a year ago but that's the past. I can see people previously have been flustered and I know why. That's changed now. Scott has very positive approach to customers and goes beyond expectations. His team does a great job. I have noticed a big change. That's honest review and trust me, it's the best garage I had dealings with. It was a pleasure, stress free and nice atmosphere. Other garages like Arnold Clark, Evans Halshaw should learn from Motherwell team how customers should be treated. All the best for Peter Vardy Motherwell team.
