Initially my steering wheel was locked and I couldn’t get my car to start after searching and being quoted ridiculous amounts by other companies and even questioning some of the integrity towards pricing. Pheonox were able to give me a quote on the spot and arrived next day afternoon. Although there was no indication of when arrival was going to be (just late afternoon) maybe they could give rough time in future, in the end arrival was around 18:20PM. Other than that the chap came and fixed the ignition barrel and new key was given. And was given 12 month warranty on the part which was good. Would definitely recommend especially if you need urgent repair. Thank you again.
I called needing 2 new keys for my van. They answered straight away, gave me a price, to which I agreed. Their technician, Vlad, rang me within 15 minutes and arranged to meet me at my next job. He arrived when he said he would and I had 2 new keys within 20 minutes. Great service, can’t fault them!
Fast response and work carried out without a problem.. happy with the work and doug the auto locksmith was very knowledgeable and friendly... ignition housing stripped and new one fitted within half an hour.. nothing broken.. I'd recommend and use again if needs be.. hopefully new housing lasts..which it should
Pretty much a scam would avoid !! Booked in for replacement key I sent pictures and confirmed price all good then locksmith came and wanted more money to do it looks like phoenix is a broker and give out jobs communication very poor they will try and get more money out of you
