A good customer service experience. I was initially unhappy with the condition I was being advised my phone was in and the revised offer, but following further discussions and a subsequent follow up from Shezy we have now agreed a revised offer. The customer service follow up was excellent and much appreciated.
I had some issues with my revised quote I was contact by Adam to discuss further as I was not happy with the condition i was being advised my phone was in. Following discussions with Adam he improved my offer as he agreed the phone was in better condition then the revised quote would suggest. Adam has advised I should see my payment by 8pm this evening and seeing as we only finished our call at 5pm that is a great service.
