I have always used Music Magpie in the past but after reading reviews on 'Phonebox' I decided to go with them for the price which was £34 higher. Phone was received the day after I posted it and I was paid the same day- as promised! All very easy and straightforward with the best price available for my iPhone 15 pro.
As anyone would be, I was really wary about sending my iPhone across as it was in perfect condition and no cosmetic damage at all so reading certain reviews about their phone being incorrectly assessed worried me. I did my own special delivery and I was in immediate contact with PhoneBox to say they should have received my parcel. They confirmed this a working day later and assessed it on this same day as well as sent the full payment across. I had a call to confirm this too.
Had an issue where I sent another parcel and my phone to someone else. Phonebox were super helpful and sent the item back and luckily the wrong recipient of my phone returned it to me. Their customer service was very fast and helped me through every step and very understanding of the delay caused and still gave me a great price. A great company to deal with.
