The sharing function worked really nice for a recent family trip. Everyone was able to upload all their moments and it was really special to have them all together. Worked great and will be using time and time again for events and life moments.
Since the last update, it is more difficult to create and find albums. Sharing in a forum is more difficult. Talking with a customer service rep is nonexistent, so no real help is available, because what I needed help with was not part of the FAQ list, and I never got a correct answer from my chain of emails. I would like finding an album easier, some of my older ones don't even show up anymore.
I paid about 3 mo. to see my photos after being hounded by email don't lose your photos. I spent time downloading and saving all my photos to a drive. Then stopped payment. Once I stopped payment all the photos I saved are no longer viewable. Photobucket is still holding my photos hostage. This company should be sued.
Endlessly spamming my inbox, how do I stop the daily spam emails? please stop hounding me daily with your scammy emails. I will not be logging back in to a defunct account that I have long since abandoned, photobucket please go bankrupt and do everyone a favour and never return.
Just deleted my account with 35 photos, can’t be recovered there is no link at the end. Unless you paying scammers that’s not guaranteed it the access. As everyone here experienced a lots of emails with passive aggressive messages of losing acces to account so did I.
