Such a shame

This site was good, I wouldn't get many surveys but I was informed really early on in the survey if I wasn't eligible for it. Now I spend 20 minutes filling it out, they get the information they want and then tell me I'm not eligible and don't pay me. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour, pinecone used to be the pinnacle of survey taking, you had to be invited, now it's no better than the rest of them. It's such a shame, I actually enjoyed doing their surveys but I think I'll be closing my account.

Used to love doing the surveys but…

Used to love doing the surveys but since the change I haven't managed to complete one - always screened out even after answering many questions like many others on here.I currently have 730 points, earned by working on previous surveys, but can't redeem them as they've upped the minimum claim limit to 1,000. How can this be fair? I've earned those points!! I did email the customer care but got a pro forma email saying how to redeem points; emailed back but no reply as yet.Anyone know where we can complain to? If we all file our legitimate grievances maybe they'll have to do something.

DISAPPOINTING AND A NO GO ....

Hey I write from Germany and after many years with this panel I will say bye bye !!! After the update, new website few days ago, it*s waste of time+ PAYPAL IS GONE.. you will get from now only vouchers ... no more cash opportunity. I am very disappointed and when I read the comments in the last days here so I am not alone.The changing is waste of time, no quality like before where you get always 300 points. Now you must collect much more points 1000 that you receive the goal for nothing. Pinecone you made a BIG mistake with the new style etc. I say many people will leave this panel incl me. Lost also points they didn*t give me few days before the new look + many members have now no chance to change their points for Paypal because Pinecone didn't mentioned anything that they will delete Paypal option, this is not ok and fair. So my advice, look for another panel ...

been with them for 6 years and company…

been with them for 6 years and company removed the app and promised a brand new amazing experience through their new website . that was a lie. they increased the minimum cash out for rewards. reduced the amount of rewards and use a website for the rewards which are just as crappy as they are. survey get emailed to you and within a minute are magically full. surveys cut out in the middle or you don't get points for rewards and their support talk to you like something off their shoe. avoid this website at all costs

Useless site

Useless site. I am still waiting to redeem my first set of points despite having completed several surveys. I discovered that 100 of my points had expired of which I was unaware. Recently I have been unable to access surveys despite responding quickly to e mail alert, and the customer service is hopeless. I have spent 10 mins completing what I thought was the actual survey only to be then kicked out as not eligible. Once (if ever) I manage to get to 1000 points and redeem a reward, I shall be leaving this as not worth the bother. I used to do face to face market research which paid much better

Please don’t waste your time joining! Quitting after over 15 years!

I have been a member of this panel for over 15 years and they used to be brilliant, paying out a nice £3.00 per survey and the ability to cash out at that amount almost instantly for PayPal. Now……. Since they have “updated and improved” the website, it’s gone to the dogs! Even the dogs wouldn’t want it. No more £3.00 surveys, lucky if you get offered a quid and surveys have all but dried up and if you get sent one you never qualify for it anymore, when it used to be a sure thing! You can’t cash out at £3. Now you need £10 and no more PayPal! If I ever reach the £10 cash out I will resign! Forget help with customer service as they don’t care about you! Please don’t waste your time joining what was once “THE” panel to join! Horrendously bad!

Shocking and deceitful

It used to be OK ( £3 for a few minutes of my time) but since the recent website 'improvements', it's pointless. Every survey I take, even after spending a few minutes answering their questions, it then says I'm not suitable or the survey is full or closed!? So I've been spending a similar amount of time and being rewarded with absolutely nothing. There are so many reviews stating similar and I find it shocking and deceitful that a company would treat loyal users of several years in this way. It's clear from this that they are now just data harvesting.

Same here. Been loyal to this for years. Good while it lasted. Won’t be bothering anymore. Quite literally pointless!!

No Response to THREE Attempts to answer my questions

I have been completing their surveys for at least 7 years; thought I would wait a while until my points added up before redeeming them. Bad idea! Much to my dismay, I have tried to contact them THREE separate times regarding this issue, only to discover that my points have "expired". I never dreamed there was a problem with the points expiring. They have NEVER replied to my 3 requests for information regarding my points expiring. Extremely unprofessional to be "ghosted" in this manner. AND new surveys require a lot of time to even find out if you qualify to take a survey - many times you eventually learn you are not eligible.

As others have stated, used to be fine, now appalling. About a year ago, I noticed that I wasn't qualifying for any surveys, or that the quota was allegedly full even though I had clicked through from the email as soon as it had arrived. As a consequence, my points expired (didn't know this was a thing) and I had to email them, pointing out the above and they agreed to reinstate the points as a "goodwill" gesture. I told them several times that it was unusual for me not to qualify for anything for over a year but just got the insipid nonsense in response that others have reported. Bear in mind I'd usually get maybe one a month, so no huge loss to me. Now it's happening again, I've emailed, got the patronising suggestions about clearing cookies etc, and then some rubbish about full quotas (I waited to contact them until I had clicked through 2 MINUTES after the email arrived). What now makes me suspicious is that I can't believe their clients are not aware of this or happy with it - so how are they still going??
