Pinecone has changed and not for the…

Pinecone has changed and not for the better. I have received around 120 surveys in the last month. I was only able to do 2. Either they are already closed or I don't qualify. Huge waste of time and disappointed on what they have become.

Don't waste your time!

Never qualify for surveys and if you do...be ware! You have to accumulate a significant amount to cash out BUT the points expire and are removed if not used within a certain time frame!!! You'd have better luck playing the lottery!!

The redemption button doesn't even…

The redemption button doesn't even work. I've tried for a week now. I'm guessing the owner sold the company because no one is responding with answers. All generic. They use to be so responsive and caring. Don't waste your time with this company!!!!!!!

I have to agree with everyone else

I have to agree with everyone else. THis site used to be the best site and easiest to make some money. Now a lot of the surveys I don't qualify for or they will only give you 50 points for 20 minutes when it used to be 300 points for 15 minutes. I'm thinking of leaving this.

I'm giving 3 because for a good maybe 17 years (I think I started in 07?) I always got a survey every time I did it and I didn't have to always do the same day. It was the best survey company I had, and I always picked a cash or paypal reward and always received them. About a year ago it got harder, and now that it has switched to this new system I have tried about 20 surveys and have gotten zero of them. I even wrote because I thought there was something wrong with my account and they gave a generic answer that really didn't help me at all. Please improve this! I hate to come back and give a zero!A faithful user of almost 2 decades....

Utter lack of response

I was sent to Pinecone by NielsenIQ (yet another poorly rated company on Trust Pilot) when I didn't receive payment for a lengthy diary survey. I was pleasantly surprised when I immediately got a response that a ticket number had been issued for my case and I'd hear from them very shortly. Three weeks later and three subsequent follow up inquiries from me, nothing.

Doesn't pay you when you earn a reward

I have done surveys for years for Pinecone and always got paid, but recently they have changed. When I earned a gift card they never sent it, I have contacted them 3 times getting no response from them. Not a reliable company anymore.

Pinecone Research Is Not A Very Rewarding Organization

I am a longtime panelist with Pinecone Research and lost over 17K points that were removed from my account. I was not advised that they were going to expire before they disappeared.When I attempt to answer some of the surveys, I either get failure messages or messages that the survey is closed. After repeated attempts and getting the same messages, one has a propensity to not waste time trying to answer a survey. When that happens, Pinecone sends out an email to advise me that failure to answer surveys that are sent may result in termination from the program. I have voiced my concerns to Pinecone but nothing has changed. Pinecone used to be a fairly decent and worthwhile research panel, but the quality of surveys I am receiving is definitely not what they used to be. Trying to communicated directly with customer service/support is a canned reply with no useful information.

Trouble getting payout

I finally managed to catch them during one of their sign up windows, and I quickly earned enough points to cash out for $50 by playing games from them. I went through the steps to verify my ID, connected for direct deposit, and I still keep getting the "redemptions aren't available right now" message. I've contacted customer service multiple times.. It's been weeks, and I haven't been able to cash out even once. I'll update if that changes, but for right now, don't waste your time with them. Update: It's been a few more weeks. I finally got a response claiming they've disqualified my account due to them flagging my account for fraud. They are claiming I've answered dishonestly on surveys.. But I haven't taken any surveys. I was never sent any. I asked for more information on why I was flagged for fraud, and they have refused to provide more information. I'm reporting this to the BBB, as well as Attorney Generals in my state and theirs. I doubt anything will come of it.. Basically, be warned. Pinecone is no longer reliable.

Completed 2-3 surveys and was told I did not qualify after providing feedback on several products for 15-20 minutes.
