If you want to do pilates at the leisure centre it will be very hard to book as always over proscribed. So that is why only giving one star,when more lessons are put on I will change it to 5 stars. Pilates lessons are of course done by excellent teachers at the centre, the management need to give more funding for these lessons.
A lovely friendly gym with a good variety of classes for all ages and abilities. If you haven't yet found a gym that makes you feel welcome and provides classes that you enjoy then pop into Epping gym and have a chat with any of the staff and you just might feel that you've found the place that works for you. hiegyne is out of sink changing roomsdirty never clean or smell fresh stains on benches and floors very dirty showers hardly give water very slow. classes are half rubbish only Mr douglas was helpful in cycling and aqua class by MsJo is good all rest trainners dount support if you are beginner and some in pillates were very bad moody and unhelpful and unfreindly a person attendedd helped as the coach couldnt be asked to move her legs or was to lazy to help or doesnt enjoy teaching.
Yoga classes and Bollywood classes are excellent and delivered by Pooja. I have benefited from yoga. This mproved my physical health, such as increased flexibility, strength, and balance, cardiovascular health. Yoga also offers mental health advantages, like reduced stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as improved sleep quality and overall well-being. By integrating postures, breathwork. Bollywood Dancing class is great too. You can learn some great moves and enjoy yourself too. Pooja also has classes for Bollywood dancing too and included weights and you learn great moves too!
