I love the variety of classes and the timetabling with some popular ones scheduled in the evenings, allowing me to attend despite working full time. Carla who does Les Mills Shapes and Jenny who does Bounce and Burn on Saturday mornings are fabulous instructors - great atmosphere and workout!
I love Kings Centre East Grinstead as all the staff are so welcoming. We chose this gym as we are older members and were immediately struck by how everyone and every ability is welcome. I can honestly say that after 40 years of not doing any exercise at all because of work commitments and also the fact that I didn’t like exercise that I love it. I attend the aqua fit, Pilates and yoga and can guarantee that not only are the instructors excellent the other participants are super friendly too.
