Equipment is failing and there does not seem to be any date this is due to be resolved. Also specific questions not answered by the chosen method. This is an ongoing issue.This is at Pavilions In The Park. I have already been emailing them.
Joined the gym over 1 month ago. No hot water in the changing rooms or showers in spa facilities. Also was harassed about bringing my gym bag into the gym. Despite being in a corner or tucked under machine member of staff kept insisting it’s a trip hazard. Jobs worth basically
Sauna is set far too low temp. There has been no hot water for months. There was no guage in the sauna (health and safety concern—how are users meant to judge how long to stay in there). Staff communication/complaint resolution is poor. No interest to support members with compensation/gesture of goodwill for the lack of services mentioned above.
