Jacuzzi and steam room continually out of use , never a sign or told at reception that it’s broken until you get in there!!Not good enough Going to cancel my membership and look at going elsewhere !This is on going ! Always something not working !!
The staff at the West brom center are always helpful and polite the services of the centre that I use are the swimming pool sauna and steam room. There is always plenty of space for me to book and the facilities are of a good quality. My only negative comment would be that the change in rooms could do with a rinse down mop out on a more regular basis.
Deben Leisure gym just updated with quite a few new pieces of equipment.Unfortunately, nobody around to ask how it works. Worked out eventually how some of it worked but some pieces I have no idea what to do safely. Perhaps they could offer a free training session to existing members, perhaps for a half hour.
Average experience at this pool. Used to think of this as a mini waterworld for little kids.But no more, lazy river and waves don't come on anymore and the whirlpool spa is also broke. The slides are still on but probably not long before they close down also.? Changing room cubicles were swimming with water and not mopped while we were there, didn't even see a mop station. Disappointed but we didn't have to travel far to find out it's not worth coming back at the moment.
Joined their club and then cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period, lovely gym just far too busy. I was told I would receive a full refund within the 14 days, this was at the start of December. No refund received, my emails are being ignored and my phone calls palmed off with someone saying a manager will call me back.
A lovely organisation who really value each person who walks through the door. A clean and calm environment with friendly professional staff. There is always something to do...no waiting about for equipment. Best gym I have ever attended thanks guys. See you later for BODY PUMP 🏋️♀️
