I’d like to make a complaint about the swimming lessons. The instructor changed frequently, and when my daughter asked about missing progress points, the teacher said they had forgotten the tablet. My daughter’s questions were dismissed, and my son didn’t move up a stage for three months. Both children had the same instructor and were unhappy with their attitude and behaviour. It didn’t feel professional at all. We’ve been happy with other instructors, but not this one
I joined Dover leisure centre after a very kind and helpful member of staff went out of her way to show me around Bridie delivered excellent customer service and I thank her for this. This centre has everything you would expect at a private centre it is so much better than Bannatyne at Broadstairs which was a total let down for a private centre but Dover leisure centre delivered all and more its a huge place with two pools 1 large one small for children a sauna and steam room they have so much to offer its very clean and has lots of changing rooms lockers showers great facilities for wheelchair users I couldn't wish for a better place at a fraction of the cost private centres charge here you beautiful views looking out to the countryside from many different areas the build has been done with careful thought for customers satisfaction I highly recommend Dover leisure centre!!
I came to the Risborough Springs centre for a swimming session for the first time last Thursday evening. Really enjoyed it and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the online booking system/app. I had another swim session booked for this evening which I am no longer able to attend. The website states that bookings can be cancelled either online or using the app, but I have tried both places and this is not the case. Very frustrating, particularly as I couldn't get through to the centre on the phone either. I could see that the session was fully booked, with someone on the wait list, so I wanted to cancel properly to give the person waiting a chance to book, but I have been unable to.
For some reason the Lockers for pound coins are getting reduce & now are very less.Staff close the changing rooms during usage. They know every Saturday till 1 PM it is very busy for mens-women-family & after that it is just bounce then also they close it at 12 pm causing lot of inconvenience to customers & don't even mind improving on giving good customer experience
Great pool facilities and nice sauna and steam room. However, I've noticed more and more that as a member, I end up stuck in a queue waiting for the lone receptionist (even though there are four stations) to deal with a non member's query. How about a fast track station for members?
