Centre itself is brilliant Issue is parkingI use the centre 2/3 times a week for racket sports and hold a free membership There is no car parking concessions available with a free membership and this is not made clear on the webpage as it says car park concessions are available with a membership I thought this would include the free one but it does not apparently after investigating with the centreIt has to be a paid one so the information on the webpage is misleading For someone who uses the centre gor racket sports only 2/3 times a week but does not want the gym or pool it is a major disappointment
Joined the Places at Camberley today. The staff were lovely and took my daughter and me through the whole process. What a fantastic centre. Everything is immaculate with wonderful facilities backed up by professional and warm staff.
Fantastic place for swimming. Take both my little ones for swimming lessons each week and general swims. Staff are friendly and polite, facilities are always clean, plenty of lockers, baby changing and nice warm showers. Swimming instructors are amazing, both my children love to swim and come away so proud and happy each week. My 3 year old can swim unaided without floatation now because of the lessons, it’s amazing. Prices are also so reasonable
The level of cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. If you have kids, avoid going into any of the swim lane sessions over the weekend. There are a group of older people who think they own the pool and kick anyone, even kids under the water and management does not care at all after more than just us complained about the bullying behaviour. Avoid at all costs, not worth the price to be kicked in the face. Duty managers saying they can’t see anything on CCTV and don’t bother to confront and have a word with these bullies. There are better options in Norwich for pools.
