Wrong expedition, no answer, no accountability

The company overwrote the recepients adress by a random and refused to modify it. They didnt't bother answer my modification request nor my immediate reaction. Even tho I asked up to 5 times. They just waited for 3 days and told me they cannot change anymore! If you send flowers for anything important, flee this company like plague.
