Review Time
Had unfortunately not a good experience with my order - first I had to contact the support twice until my parcel finally got shipped more than a week after my order. When it finally arrived the plants seemed fine. Now - just a little bit too late for the 30d health guarantee - I discovered that one of them has completely rotted roots :( Really disappointing as I just followed the instruction not to change pot during the first 30d (you would loose the guarantee) and I only watered it when the soil was really dry...
The first time I purchased, the baby plant came all smashed (it was not PLNTS fault, but the delivery company). However, they gave me the whole value of the purchase back as a coupon. I was so happy! I ordered again the same plant and even added two more - I couldn’t help it haha. They all arrived in perfect condition this time, and I can’t wait to see them growing nice and healthy!
I really loved how carefully the plants were packed, just as it should be! Everything arrived in great condition, using recycled materials, which I really appreciate. The plants are healthy and beautiful, and the delivery was super fast. I’m a very happy customer and would 100% recommend PLNTS
