I placed an order two weeks ago, and it still hasn’t even been shipped. I reached out to customer support, and they told me the package would arrive today — but how am I supposed to know that if I was never given a tracking link? It’s very frustrating to be left in the dark like this. I expected better communication and service.
Ordered over a month ago - Two failed attempts to get me a plant - Evri strikes again - and now resuming to send me another despite it not being anything of my doing. I live in a major uk city so not like in hard to reach / obscure place. I have done all the chasing - and have been made to feel unvalued and tbh as if I am the problem.I just want my plants - preferably alive
Order number: 000071248This is BEYOND disappointing. What I received cannot even be called "bulbs" – it was pure mold culture packaged as plants!Rotting "Bulbs"? More like mushy, decomposing blobs covered in thick gray-green mold.Disgusting Texture: The slightest pressure made them burst open like overripe fruit, oozing foul-smelling sludge.Obvious Negligence: This level of decay doesn’t happen in 3 days of shipping – they were already rotten when packed!I paid €16 for shipping, only to receive a box of biohazardous waste. And judging by other reviews, the seller delays refunds for weeks while blaming "shipping issues."To fellow gardeners: DO NOT waste your money here. This isn’t a "plant" seller – it’s a scam operation selling pre-rotted garbage.
I ordered plants for more than 70 euros, 10 days have passed. No news. The shipment status does not change. Support does not respond. Terrible service. It is written on the website that delivery within 3-4 working days to my region. A week and a half have passed. The parcel has not even moved. On the website, as on the day of the order, it is written “shipping in progress”
I've never had a good experience buying plants online, until now. I ordered a baby Dean mcDowell and a hoya waietii, and both came in outstanding condition. More than that - the packaging that kept the plants in good shape was excellent, so even if my carrier had mandhandled my package, the plants would have still arrived in great condition. The soil used for the plants also seems appropriate for the species, and is not just garden soil. The plants are healthy and clearly thriving. Attention has been paid to every detail. If I could rate this higher, I would. They also have really great deals, but are pretty competitively priced even at full price. I'm really, really pleased. Thanks so much!
